Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds
All payments made to GitaAstro are final and non-refundable.
GitaAstro provides digital services — including astrological chart generation, AI-powered readings, and analytical tools — that are delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the instant-delivery nature of these digital services, we do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to review the features included in each plan on our Pricing page and start with the free tier before committing to a paid subscription.
2. What You Are Paying For
Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features including:
- Additional saved chart slots
- All 16 divisional charts (D-2 through D-60)
- Full dasha timelines and Ashtakavarga analysis
- Multiple AI readings per month
- Daily Bhagavad Gita guidance
- PDF chart export
- Varshaphal (annual predictions) and detailed transit analysis
Free tier users receive limited access (2 charts, 1 AI reading per chart, basic features) at no cost.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@gitaastro.com.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
- Your saved charts and data will be retained, but access to premium features will be restricted based on free tier limits.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
4. Technical Failures
If you experience a genuine technical failure where the paid service was entirely unavailable or not delivered (e.g., payment was processed but your plan was not activated), please contact us at support@gitaastro.com with your UPI transaction ID and account details. We will investigate and, at our discretion, either activate your plan or process a refund for the affected transaction.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrading: If you upgrade from one paid plan to another, the new plan takes effect immediately. The price difference for the remaining period will be charged.
- Downgrading: If you wish to downgrade, contact us. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 15 days before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price increase, you may cancel before the next billing date.
